You're welcome! Come and experience four-part harmony singing at one or more of our rehearsals. Women on Monday evenings from 7.30 pm at Kings Centre Victoria Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9LR : Men on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 pm at Woodlands Meed College, Burgess Hill, RH15 0DP.
If you have little or no singing experience and would like to get involved, don’t worry, we’ll help you find your voice and your part in harmony singing. If you are already a singer, you will be able to develop your voice further and see if a cappella singing is for you. BUT I DON'T READ MUSIC! No problem! We learn by repetition and from ‘teach tracks’ which are used between rehearsals and made available to prospective mebers as well as members. What's it like? Our motto is ‘Fun, friendship, and the Joy of singing’ so you can expect a light-hearted but professional approach at all times. Chorus Director Our very own Roger Pinsent. Having become an Associate of the London College of Music at an early age, Roger has worked for many years with schools and colleges as a music and singing coach as well as with various choral groups. He has found that working with singers and crafting their sound makes conducting ensembles the most rewarding musical activity he undertakes. His coaching style is fun, easy going and confidence building for all participants.
